  This study seeks to understand providers’ perspectives on integrating a routine caregiver assessment tool into clinical practice.

• Piloting An Artificial Intelligence Algorithm Used To Identify Patients In Need Of Outpatient (Or Ambulatory) Palliative Care In An Oncology Population Rochester, Minn.

  The purpose of this study is to pilot an oncology risk prediction model to identify patients who may benefit from outpatient palliative care consultation to improve symptom management and goal-concordant care in this population. Additionally, to explicitly test whether the algorithm will help identify patients earlier that may otherwise not have been identified until a hospitalization or other further decline.
