  The purpose of this study is to identify a dose of mangaciclanol for the Phase 3 part of the study that has an overall diagnostic preference similar to that of gadobutrol and to demonstrate the superiority of mangaciclanol-enhanced MRI as compared to unenhanced MRI in terms of lesion visualization per indication (CNS and body).
