The purpose of this study is to evaluate key clinical, microbial, histological, and skin imaging biomarkers in patients with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis and perform comprehensive molecular profiling before and after treatment.

The purpose of this study is to determine if there is an association between atopic dermatitis and iron deficiency (low iron in the blood).  We are also looking at the relationship between atopic dermatitis, low iron, and sleep difficulty.
