  The purpose of this study is to explore and describe the experiences of community-dwelling older adults following completion of a home safety visit and exercise workbook which are delivered and facilitated through telehealth visits within a physical therapy educational service learning project and in collaboration with a non-profit community partner.

  The purpose of this study is to understand the lived experience of physical therapy rehabilitation for older adults after being seriously injured by a fall, requiring hospitalization.
