The research in my laboratory involves the following:
- Explore how particular structures and atomic interactions underlie angiogenesis, apoptosis, metalloenzyme catalysis, and protein folding
- Develop scalable supercomputer hardware and software including molecular databases for rapidly identifying selective enzyme inhibitors
- Develop small and macro molecules useful as research tools and novel medicines
