Vaughn Kauffman has consulted with a range of companies, both traditional health care and new entrants, to help them develop strategies and new business models to enter or expand their offerings into the health care industry. He has also served a variety of health insurers and health care providers over the past 20 years, focused on information technology and business operations.
Kauffman has authored several studies on the impacts of consumerism and new technologies on the health care industry. His recent work looks at how new entrants are poised to shake up health care, drawing billions of dollars in revenue from traditional organizations while building new markets in the burgeoning new health economy.
