Why did you choose research as a career?
Research allows me to pursue my passion for attempting to improve the health of others while providing continuous challenges and novel questions each day.
What attracted you to Mayo Graduate School?
Mayo Graduate School provides an open environment supporting independence of research interests and collaboration to achieve shared goals within those interests.
Why did you choose the clinical and translational science track?
The clinical and translational science track provided me the flexibility to pursue a unique research path and reflects my desire to work with the community in solving health problems together.
What do you like about Rochester, Minn.?
Rochester is a very comfortable, professional city that offers few distractions from work.
What are your plans for the future?
I hope to graduate in the next couple of years and explore other regions of the country or world in which I can continue similar work.
