I chose research as a career because I enjoy learning, discovering new things and helping others.
What attracted you to Mayo Graduate School?
The numerous, wide-ranging and transdisciplinary research opportunities that were available.
Why did you choose the clinical and translational science track?
I chose the clinical and translational science track because of its transdisciplinary nature and a desire to help translate basic discoveries into clinical practice.
What do you like about Rochester, Minn.?
Its small-town feel.
What are your plans for the future?
My plans for the future include research and teaching in an academic setting.
