Positions
There are two 16-week Fellowships in Perioperative Nursing offered each year. Mayo School of Health Sciences accepts up to six students per Fellowship class at Mayo Clinic in Arizona on a competitive basis.
How to Apply
Your application and all supporting documentation for the Spring program must be received by December 1st. Applications and all supporting documentation for the Fall program must be received by May 1st of the year in which you wish to begin the program. Incomplete applications are not reviewed by the program's admissions committee.
Step 1: Complete and submit the Mayo School of Health Sciences' online application, including one letter of reference:

Mayo Clinic Hospital online application.
Step 3: The selection committee carefully reviews each complete application and schedules interviews with qualified candidates.
