Mayo Clinic supports five schools, which together with Mayo's
extensive research programs comprise Mayo Clinic College of Medicine.
Programs range from allied health sciences education, through undergraduate,
graduate and postgraduate medical and scientific education, to continuing
medical education.
More than 2,500 medical, research and health sciences students,
residents and fellows annually participate in Mayo Clinic College
of Medicine education programs.

The oldest of Mayo's five schools, Mayo School of Graduate Medical
Education has trained more than 18,000 alumni in virtually all
medical specialties since 1915.

Mayo Graduate School has granted more than 400 graduate degrees
in eight scientific disciplines since 1917.

Mayo School of Continuing Medical Education formally became a
school in 1996. It offers more than 275courses and 6,500 hours
of continuing medical education each year.
