Welcome to the PGY-2 Pharmacy Residency in Critical Care at Mayo Clinic in Florida. Our campus is part of one of the largest integrated medical centers in the world, providing comprehensive diagnosis and treatment in virtually every medical and surgical specialty.
In addition to medical and surgical critical care services, the institution is renowned for programs in liver, bone marrow, pancreas, kidney, and heart and lung transplantation. This diverse patient population offers unique critical care learning experiences for our PGY-2 residents as they work with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
During this residency, training is focused on care of the critically ill patient, practice management, and pharmaceutical investigation. Learning experiences are taught and evaluated according to ASHP standards by our diverse and experienced faculty. The program successfully prepares our graduates for clinical specialist positions in critical care and our residents consistently find employment upon graduation.
I am extremely proud of our program, its faculty and the accomplishments of our residents. If you would like to learn more about becoming a PGY-2 critical care pharmacy resident at Mayo Clinic in Florida, please review our website and contact me if you have any questions.
