Positions
One nurse practitioner fellow will be accepted each year for the Cardiology Nurse Practitioner Fellowship Program. The selection will be made by August 1each year.
How to Apply
Step 1: Step 1: Complete the online Application for Admission.
After you create an account and/or log-in, please select Application for Admission.
Step 2: Submit the following materials:
- Transcripts from nurse practitioner school
- Copy of licensure or board eligibility confirmation letter
- Three letters of recommendation from clinical preceptors
- Statement of intent (max. 300 words)
Please send the required materials that are NOT completed online, plus any transcripts not sent directly to MSHS, in one envelope to:
