Skilled plastic surgeons at Mayo Clinic provide a wide range of reconstructive and cosmetic surgery services. Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery is staffed by 18 plastic surgeons with specialized training and skills in one or more of the following surgical subspecialties:

  • Aesthetic plastic surgery
  • Reconstructive surgery
  • Craniofacial surgery
  • Reconstructive microsurgery
  • Pediatric plastic surgery
  • Laser surgery
  • Hand surgery

Three plastic surgeons practice at Mayo's Jacksonville, Fla., location, 11 in Rochester, Minn., and four in Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. Plastic surgeons work closely with physicians from other specialties to offer patients comprehensive medical care to meet their reconstructive and cosmetic surgical needs. Surgeons in Dermatology, Otolaryngology (ENT) and Oral/Maxillofacial Surgery also have training and expertise in reconstructive and cosmetic surgery.

In addition to caring for patients in their clinical practices, Mayo Clinic's faculty members are committed to teaching and facilitating the growth of medical knowledge. Many faculty have published and lectured extensively and are highly regarded in their field. You will have direct access to the faculty at Mayo Clinic in Arizona throughout your training.
