Program Description
The Regional Anesthesiology Fellowship Program at Mayo Clinic in Florida offers an outstanding experience that can be tailored to meet your educational goals.
Your responsibilities will include patient management and teaching. You will gain experience in a wide range of skills associated with regional anesthesiology and acute pain management utilizing nerve stimulation as well as 2-D and 3-D ultrasound techniques.
This subspecialty fellowship will prepare you to evaluate pertinent literature; develop and conduct original clinical or basic science research projects; and present such work at national and international academic meetings.
Program History
The Regional Anesthesiology Fellowship Program at Mayo Clinic in Florida accepted its first fellow to complete the program in 2009. Going forward, it is anticipated that one fellow will complete this program annually.
