Qualifications
To be eligible for the Clinical Neurophysiology, Electromyography Fellowship at Mayo Clinic in Arizona , you must have successfully completed an accredited residency program in neurology or physical medicine in the United States or Canada.

Fellowship appointees are required to obtain and maintain an appropriate medical license while enrolled in the Mayo School of Graduate Medical Education.
