The Office for Diversity promotes diversity in education to ensure Mayo Clinic's learning environments offer the added dimension that diverse students and faculty bring to the schools and ultimately to patient care.

Eddie L. Greene, M.D., director of the Office for Diversity, says, "Diversity is essential to Mayo Clinic's goals of attracting, developing and retaining the best people and ultimately providing the best care to every patient, every day."

Mayo Clinic College of Medicine actively solicits applications from students representing the breadth and depth of diversity that is prevalent in our patient base and in the communities we serve.
