Research Fellowship in Health Care Innovation

The Mayo Clinic Center for Innovation (CFI) offers a Research Fellowship in Health Care Innovation, beginning June 2012. This fellowship offers a unique opportunity to learn from, and participate in, the work of the CFI, which is focused on transforming the experience and delivery of health care.

The research fellow will ideally possess an area or areas of expertise that expands the core skills of the CFI, helping Mayo Clinic better understand and address the challenges and opportunities in transforming the experience and delivery of health care.

This fellowship typically lasts 12 months. Candidates should hold a graduate degree(s) and currently be professionals or faculty in a complementary field.

All fellowship applicants should email a letter of interest, resume and portfolio (if applicable). The letter of interest should answer these questions:

  • What area(s) of expertise and experience will you bring to the CFI?
  • What would you primarily like to change in the experience and delivery of health care?
  • How do you envision your ideal career trajectory?

Applications are accepted via email. Applicants are informed of their status on an ongoing basis.

You are encouraged to print or post the accompanying CFI research fellowship fact sheet.
