Fractionated Anti HLA Antibodies Role in Prevention of Sold Organ Transplant Rejection

The purpose of this study is to develop single chain variable fragment antibodies against HLA A2 and test their efficacy in blocking the HLA A2 and preventing the immune response. 

Elegibilidad para participar

Los requisitos de elegibilidad de los participantes incluyen la edad, el sexo, el tipo y el estadio de la enfermedad, y los problemas de salud o tratamientos previos. Inclusion Criteria:

  • ≥ 18 years of age. 
  • Highly sensitized patients against HLA A2 undergoing evaluation for heart or lung transplant (MFI>50000).

Exclusion Criteria:

  • Patients < 18 years of age.
  • Patients not willing to sign consent.
  • Patients not currently undergoing evaluation for heart or lung transplant.
