The KER Unit focuses on translating the best available research evidence into clinical practice through evidence synthesis, investigating the patient-clinician encounter as well as quality of care research.
KER Unit theme areas
- Knowledge Synthesis Research: Conducting systematic reviews and meta-analyses.
- Evaluation Research (Wiser Choices Program): Developing of new methods, improve the clinical encounter, and research designed to improve clinical decision-making.
- Quality of Care Research: Identifying strategies to improve care processes in a manner consistent with the best available evidence.
