The James Russell Crawford and Martha Crawford Endowed Clinical Research Fellowship in Otolaryngology (Crawford Fellowship) at Mayo Clinic in Florida is intended to advance clinical care and contribute to the larger body of scientific knowledge of the field of otolaryngology.

The Crawford Fellowship, made possible by a generous gift from James and Martha Crawford, is designed for non-U.S. trained otolaryngologists who possess either senior resident or junior faculty experience and seek an opportunity to:

  • Design study protocols
  • Participate in current clinical studies
  • Perform data analysis
  • Produce original manuscripts for presentation at national and regional meetings and for publication.

The fellowship is 12 months in duration annually. The program year begins July 1 and ends June 30 of the following year. One fellowship is awarded for each program year.
