A Study Of A New Molecular Approach To Blood DNA Screening For Cancer

About this study

The primary aim of this study is to evaluate the distribution of marker levels determined by this multi-marker, multi-compartment blood DNA test approach across persons without known cancer or precancer.

Participation eligibility

Participant eligibility includes age, gender, type and stage of disease, and previous treatments or health concerns. Guidelines differ from study to study, and identify who can or cannot participate. There is no guarantee that every individual who qualifies and wants to participate in a trial will be enrolled. Contact the study team to discuss study eligibility and potential participation.

Inclusion Criteria:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Patients without a known internal (non-cutaneous) cancer or a history of an internal cancer

Exclusion Criteria:

  • Present internal cancer (except for melanoma, skin cancer is not an exclusion)
  • History of internal cancer (except for melanoma, skin cancer is not an exclusion)
  • If colonoscopy done in last 5 years:
    • Any colorectal polyps >9mm found
  • A positive Cologuard test at any time
  • Patient has had a transplant
  • Inability to give informed consent
