About this study
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the usability and feasibility of an endoscope stabilization device during routine GI endoscopic procedures.
Participation eligibility
Participant eligibility includes age, gender, type and stage of disease, and previous treatments or health concerns. Guidelines differ from study to study, and identify who can or cannot participate. There is no guarantee that every individual who qualifies and wants to participate in a trial will be enrolled. Contact the study team to discuss study eligibility and potential participation.
Inclusion Criteria:
Age 18 years or older.
Scheduled to undergo a clinically indicated GI endoscopic procedure, including EGD, EUS, or ERCP.
Ability to understand study procedures and provide written informed consent.
Medically appropriate candidate for routine endoscopy.
Willing and able to comply with study procedures.
Exclusion Criteria:
Inability to provide informed consent.
Pregnancy.
Known oral, facial, or airway abnormalities that would preclude safe use of the mouthguard-based stabilization device.
Significant medical instability that, in the investigator’s judgment, would increase procedural risk.
Participation in another interventional clinical study that may interfere with this study.
Any condition deemed by the investigator to make participation unsafe or impractical.
