About this study
The purpose of this study is to characterize circulating analytes (metabolites including metabolic signatures such as cholesterol biosynthesis pathways, circulating tumor DNA, proteins, immune cell populations, and extracellular vesicles) at serial timepoints in patients undergoing anti-cancer therapy change.
Participation eligibility
Participant eligibility includes age, gender, type and stage of disease, and previous treatments or health concerns. Guidelines differ from study to study, and identify who can or cannot participate. There is no guarantee that every individual who qualifies and wants to participate in a trial will be enrolled. Contact the study team to discuss study eligibility and potential participation.
Inclusion Criteria:
Age >= 18 years.
Histological or cytological confirmation of cancer.
Planned change of anti-cancer therapy (including initiation of first-line therapy, change of regimen, or re-initiation after a treatment holiday).
ECOG Performance Status 0, 1, or 2.
Able to provide written informed consent.
Willing to provide blood specimens for correlative research.
Exclusion Criteria:
Unable or unwilling to provide informed consent.
Unable or unwilling to provide blood specimens.
Protected research populations (children, prisoners, pregnant women)
