About this study

The purpose of this study is to obtain baseline patient-reported outcomes (PROs) for diet/exercise, sleep, stress, sexual health, pain interference, and overall quality of life (QOL).

Participation eligibility

Participant eligibility includes age, gender, type and stage of disease, and previous treatments or health concerns. Guidelines differ from study to study, and identify who can or cannot participate. There is no guarantee that every individual who qualifies and wants to participate in a trial will be enrolled. Contact the study team to discuss study eligibility and potential participation.

Inclusion Criteria:

  • Any new patient aged 18 or older seen in the Integrative Oncology clinic will be eligible

  • English speaking, able to read and willing to fill out surveys

  • Virtual connection access (smart device or computer) where they have the ability to receive and send email

Exclusion Criteria:

  • Under 18 years of age
