About this study
The purpose of this study is to evaluate patient reported pain scores and validated functional scores after platelet-rich plasma and protein serum concentrate injection.
Participation eligibility
Participant eligibility includes age, gender, type and stage of disease, and previous treatments or health concerns. Guidelines differ from study to study, and identify who can or cannot participate. There is no guarantee that every individual who qualifies and wants to participate in a trial will be enrolled. Contact the study team to discuss study eligibility and potential participation.

Exclusion Criteria:
Patients under the age of 18 will not be considered for recruitment.
Subjects with an inability or unwillingness to give written informed consent
Subjects with documented hip dysplasia on radiographs or magnetic resonance imaging
Subjects with baseline platelet level of less than 150,000 per microliter
Subjects with previous surgery of the reference joint (osteotomy around the hip, open or arthroscopic osteochondroplasty for femoroacetabular impingement)
Subjects with concurrent rheumatologic disease
Subjects with systemic disorders such as diabetes, bleeding disorders, cardiovascular disease, infections, and immune system disorders, coagulation disorders
Subjects with an intra-articular hip joint corticosteroid injection within the previous 3 months
Subjects with any intra-articular biologics injection within the previous 6 months
