A Study To Evaluate SARS CoV-2 Vaccine Response In Breast Milk

About this study

The primary objective of this proposal is to assess the presence and/or levels of antibodies in breast milk of lactating women who receive the SARS-CoV-2 vaccine.

Participation eligibility

Participant eligibility includes age, gender, type and stage of disease, and previous treatments or health concerns. Guidelines differ from study to study, and identify who can or cannot participate. There is no guarantee that every individual who qualifies and wants to participate in a trial will be enrolled. Contact the study team to discuss study eligibility and potential participation.

Inclusion Criteria:

  • Women, ≥ 18 years of age.
  • Currently breastfeeding an infant and able to pump milk.
  • Being vaccinated for SARS-CoV-2.

Exclusion Criteria:

  • Less than 18 years of age.
  • Previously infected with SARS-CoV-2 and/or diagnosed with COVID.
  • Under quarantine for SARS-COV-2 exposure.
