Overview

The purpose of this study is to establish a prospective, IRB-approved repository of de-identified native knee synovial fluid collected during TKA and clinically indicated knee aspirations to support future in-vitro musculoskeletal infection research. Ensure standardized collection, processing, and storage procedures that preserve sample integrity for downstream laboratory assays.
