About this study

The purpose of this study is to identify key barriers, facilitators, and communication preferences that influence how patients respond to outreach messages and engage in LCS, to inform effective communication strategies to improve LCS uptake.

Participation eligibility

Participant eligibility includes age, gender, type and stage of disease, and previous treatments or health concerns. Guidelines differ from study to study, and identify who can or cannot participate. There is no guarantee that every individual who qualifies and wants to participate in a trial will be enrolled. Contact the study team to discuss study eligibility and potential participation.

Inclusion Criteria:

·       Phase 1: Received outreach messages in the NWWI roll-out.  

·       Phase 2: Did not respond to outreach messages in the NWWI roll-out.  

·       Phase 3: Eligible for LCS Program 2.0.

Exclusion Criteria:

·       Phase 1: Did not receive outreach messages in the NWWI roll-out.  

·       Phase 2: Responded to outreach messages in the NWWI roll-out.  

·       Phase 3: Not eligible for LCS Program 2.0.
