Inclusion Criteria: 

Age & Employment

• Age 18–65 years.
• Currently employed at Mayo Clinic Florida.

Health & Stability

• Generally healthy or stable chronic conditions that do not interfere with the study.
• No major surgeries or hospitalizations in the last 3 months.

Study Participation

• Able to provide informed consent onsite and complete surveys in the required language and return for exit visit onsite.
• Willing to adhere to study supplement intake, maintain current diet/exercise routines, and attend pre- and post- required study visits.

Exclusion Criteria:

• Prior IM8 Daily Essentials Use
• Medical or Medication Concerns
• Pregnancy, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy during the study.
• • Significant or unstable chronic diseases (e.g., advanced cardiac, renal, or liver conditions).
  • Known severe gastrointestinal disorders affecting nutrient absorption.
  • High-dose nutrient supplements or medications likely to interfere with the study product, unless approved by investigators.
• Allergies & Sensitivities
  • Severe allergy (e.g., anaphylaxis) to ingredients in IM8 or related products.
• Lifestyle Factors
  • Current substance abuse or other behaviors that may prevent adherence.
  • Participation in another clinical trial in the last 30 days.
• Other Considerations
  • Any condition or factor that, in the investigator’s judgment, makes participation unsafe or compromises study integrity.
