Clinical Validation of Canon PEI-514VX Transesophageal Transducer (TEE)

About this study

The study objective is to clinically validate the PEI-514VX 3D TEE transducer, including evaluation of the 2D & 3D echocardiographic image quality and overall workflow/ease of use.

Participation eligibility

Participant eligibility includes age, gender, type and stage of disease, and previous treatments or health concerns. Guidelines differ from study to study, and identify who can or cannot participate. Inclusion Criteria:

  • Adults 18 years and older.

  • Informed consent understood and signed.

  • The patient will comply with post-treatment follow-up protocol requirements.

Exclusion Criteria: 

  • Pregnant women and other patients who do not meet the criteria described in 4.1.
