About this study

The purpose of this pilot study is to assess the efficacy of the Federal Drug Administration approved 68Ga-DOTATATE PET/CT in the radiotherapeutic target volume definition of metastatic neuroendocrine tumors as compared to MIBG scintigraphy. Secondary

Participation eligibility

Participant eligibility includes age, gender, type and stage of disease, and previous treatments or health concerns. Guidelines differ from study to study, and identify who can or cannot participate. There is no guarantee that every individual who qualifies and wants to participate in a trial will be enrolled. Contact the study team to discuss study eligibility and potential participation.

Inclusion Criteria:

  1. Age ≤ 30 years.

  2. Metastatic neuroblastoma, ganglioneuroblastoma, or ganglioneuroma requiring consolidative radiotherapy.

  3. Documented negative pregnancy test for women of childbearing age (if applicable).

  4. Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) Performance Status 0, 1, 2, or 3.

  5. Signed written informed consent from patient, parent, or legal guardian.

  6. Willing to send documentation of tumor relapse and location, if applicable, during the Observation Phase of the study.

Exclusion Criteria:

  1. Pregnant women.
