Mayo Clinic critical care anesthesiology faculty and trainees during rounds


Five positions are available on a competitive basis each year in the Critical Care Anesthesiology Fellowship at Mayo Clinic's campus in Rochester, Minnesota.

How to apply

The application and all supporting documentation must be submitted by Jan. 15 of your CA-2 year. The academic year begins in July.

You must apply through SF Match, a third-party application service.

  1. Visit the SF Match website. All applications to Mayo Clinic School of Graduate Medical Education (MCSGME) programs must include these application materials.

    In addition to the standard MCSGME materials, we require that you submit your American Board of Anesthesiology and American Society of Anesthesiologists (ABA-ASA) In-Training Examination scores.

  2. Appointments are made through the Critical Care Anesthesiology Fellowship Match sponsored by SF Match.
  3. Applicants considered for an appointment will be invited to visit Mayo Clinic for a personal interview with the program director and selected faculty. Interviews are conducted throughout the academic year.
