Transform 2013 will be held at Mayo Civic Center, which is located several blocks east of Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn.
Rochester International Airport (RST) — located approximately 10 miles from downtown Rochester and Mayo Clinic — has multiple daily flights from Chicago and Minneapolis on American Airlines and Delta Airlines. Taxis and shuttle services provide transportation to and from the airport.
Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP) is just 90 minutes from Rochester. Shuttle services provide transportation from the airport to Rochester several times a day:
- Go Rochester Direct. For reservations or more information, contact Go Rochester Direct at 800-280-9270 (toll-free).
- Rochester Shuttle Service. Transform attendees can receive a special discounted fare — $21 one way or $42 round trip. The discount is automatically applied when using this Rochester Shuttle Service online portal.

Lodging
Rooms have been reserved for Transform 2013 participants and guests at four hotels within walking distance of Mayo Civic Center.
To ensure accommodations, make your reservations by Aug. 18, 2013. Reservation requests after this date will be subject to availability at the group rate.
