Registration is payable by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover) or check. The conference registration fee includes course materials and meals. It is not our policy to limit the number of registrants, but conference room facilities may necessitate closing of enrollment, so early registration is advised. A letter of confirmation will be sent upon receipt of payment and the completed registration form.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations received in writing before Aug. 24, 2014, are eligible for a refund of the registration fee, less a $75 administrative fee. No refunds will be made on or after Aug. 24, 2014.
