The Saint Marys School of Nursing Alumni Association is a collegial group of approximately 1,900 alumni who graduated from the Saint Marys School of Nursing as registered nurses.

Even though the school graduated its last diploma class in 1970 and no longer is training nurses, the alumnus group remains active.

The association meets once per year in the fall and produces an annual newsletter each summer.
