Summary
My primary research focuses on using genome-scale measurements (genomic, proteomic and metablomic) to construct computer-aided models of cellular processes and diseases.
Specifically, I am interested in developing novel data mining approaches for gene regulatory network inference, network-based diagnosis and personalized medicine; module-based biomarker discovery; and integrative analysis of multi-source biological data (e.g., gene expression data and network data).
Currently, I am actively working on the development of analytical methods for next-generation sequencing data.
