Summary

Dr. Josephs research focuses on the relationship between clinical diagnoses, neuroimaging, and the neuropathological underpinnings accounting for neurodegenerative disease. Neurodegenerative diseases that are of particular interest include progressive supranuclear palsy, corticobasal degeneration, apraxia of speech, semantic dementia, primary progressive aphasia, and posterior cortical atrophy. He is currently principle investigator of multiple National Institutes of Health (NIH) grants, foundation grants and co-investigator of multiple foundation grants.
