Functional Validation Of Mass Spectrometry–Identified Candidate Antigen Targets Using Primary Human T-cell Models
Overview
Tab Title Description
Study type
ObservationalDescribes the nature of a clinical study. Types include:
- Observational study — observes people and measures outcomes without affecting results.
- Interventional study (clinical trial) — studies new tests, treatments, drugs, surgical procedures or devices.
- Medical records research — uses historical information collected from medical records of large groups of people to study how diseases progress and which treatments and surgeries work best.

About this study
The purpose of this study is to generate expanded antigen-specific T-cell populations from healthy donor peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) to serve as functional models of HLA-restricted immune recognition.
Participation eligibility
Participant eligibility includes age, gender, type and stage of disease, and previous treatments or health concerns. Guidelines differ from study to study, and identify who can or cannot participate. There is no guarantee that every individual who qualifies and wants to participate in a trial will be enrolled. Contact the study team to discuss study eligibility and potential participation.
Inclusion Criteria:
Age 18 years or older.
Able and willing to provide informed consent.
Willing to be contacted for additional, optional blood draw(s) if needed.
Exclusion Criteria:
History of malignancy that, in the investigator’s judgment, could affect immune function or study assay interpretation (e.g., hematologic malignancy such as multiple myeloma)
History of autoimmune or chronic inflammatory disease that could affect immune assays.
Current or recent (within 3 months) use of systemic immunosuppressive therapy.
Known blood-borne infectious disease (e.g., HIV, hepatitis B or C) per donor screening/medical history
Any condition that, in the investigator’s judgment, makes blood draw unsafe or could significantly affect immune assay interpretation.
Note: Other protocol defined Inclusion/Exclusion Criteria may apply.
Eligibility last updated 07/06/2026. Questions regarding updates should be directed to the study team contact.
