About this study
The purpose of this study is to assess ex vivo sensitivity of TMNs arising during PARP inhibitor therapy to selected therapeutic agents, including decitabine, venetoclax, A1331852, S63845, prexasertib, adavosertib, ceralasertib, eprenetapopt, pevonedistat, magrolimab, and sabatolimab, both as single agents and in combination.
Participation eligibility
Participant eligibility includes age, gender, type and stage of disease, and previous treatments or health concerns. Guidelines differ from study to study, and identify who can or cannot participate. Inclusion Criteria:
Age ≥18 years
Prior treatment with a PARP inhibitor for cancer with a focus on ovarian cancer
Suspected or confirmed therapy-related myeloid neoplasm
Undergoing clinically indicated bone marrow aspirate/biopsy
Able to provide informed consent, or consent provided by a legally authorized representative when allowed
Willing to allow collection of relevant clinical data and biospecimen banking under this protocol
