Overview

About this study

The purpose of this study is to assess the effectiveness of hyperselective neurectomies (HSN) and selective peripheral neurectomies (SPN) in reducing lower extremity spasticity in adult patients with traumatic brain injury, as measured by standardized clinical and functional assessments.
