About this study
Does an integrated, participatory wellness curriculum reduce the risk of distress during Pain Medicine Fellowship Training? This study evaluates the effectiveness of a participatory wellness curriculum integrated throughout the full Mayo Clinic Pain Medicine Fellowships in Rochester, Arizona and Florida locations. Mayo Clinic Pain Medicine Fellows will be administered the RWBI to screen for risk of distress.
Pain Medicine trainees at all Mayo Clinic sites engaged in studying and applying principles of personal wellness via an integrated, participatory, lifestyle-intervention wellness curriculum throughout their fellowship will have a lower risk of distress by the end of year 1 and beyond.
