Kurt A. Kennel, M.D.
Dr. Kennel was born and raised in Rochester, Minnesota. He obtained his M.D. degree from Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine. After completing Internal Medicine Residency and Endocrinology Fellowship at Mayo Clinic, he has focused his clinical practice on disorders of bone metabolism and nutritional disorders including obesity. Accordingly, his scholarly interests focus on the interface between nutrition and bone health. Dr. Kennel coordinates the Internal Medicine Residency endocrinology curriculum.
