Each year, one student is accepted to the Otolaryngology Physician Assistant Fellowship Program at Mayo Clinic in Arizona on a competitive basis.

How to Apply
Application deadline for the Otolaryngology Physician Assistant Fellowship is
July 15
. The program begins September 1.

Step 1: To apply to the internship program, please submit the following materials:

  • An official transcript of all college and/or university credits. Transcripts must be received in the original sealed envelope from the school.
  • Two letters of recommendation.
    - Letters may also be submitted as part of the online application.
    - Letters completed off-line must be received in a signed sealed envelope.
  • A current curriculum vitae

Step 3: Applicants considered for an appointment will be invited to visit Mayo Clinic in Arizona for a personal interview with the program director and selected faculty. An interview can be arranged only when your application file is complete. Interviews are typically conducted in March and April each year.
