Positions
Each year, Mayo School of Health Sciences accepts up to four students
in its Nurse Practitioner Internship at Mayo Clinic in Arizona
on a competitive basis.
How to Apply
Your application and all supporting documentation must be received by Feb. 1 of the year you wish to begin classes. Appointment to the Nurse Practitioner Internship is made through
your nursing program advisor at the college or university you are
attending.
Step 1: Complete the:
Step 2: Submit the following required documents:
- Transcript of all college and/or university credits
- Two letters of recommendation (professional and/or academic)
- Statement of personal and professional goals
Please send the required materials that are NOT completed online, plus any transcripts not sent directly to MSHS, in one envelope to:

Step 3: Applicants considered for an appointment will
be invited for a personal interview.
Step 4: Appointment letters are mailed at the end of
May and August. Your reply is requested within two weeks.
