Positions
Each year, Mayo School of Health Sciences accepts up to six students in its Nurse Practitioner Internship at Mayo Clinic Jacksonville on a competitive basis.
How to Apply
Your application and all supporting documentation must be received at least eight weeks prior to the anticipated start date. Appointment to the Nurse Practitioner Internship is made through your nursing program advisor at the college or university you are attending.
Step 1: Contact the MSHS education coordinator to find out more about the required application materials which include:
- Goals and objectives of clinical rotation as required of affiliated institution
- Transcript of all college and/or university credits
- Two letters of recommendation (may include professional or academic recommendations)
- Statement of personal and professional goals
Please send the required materials and transcripts (if not sent directly to MSHS), in one envelope to:
