Program Costs
Tuition for specific Mayo Clinic academic courses (designated with a * in the course listing) is charged at the current Mayo Graduate School rate of $300 per semester credit hour. Contact Mayo School of Health Sciences for more information. Tuition is subject to annual review.
Books for the traditional program cost approximately $1,400.
You are responsible for your living accommodations and transportation.
Outside employment during the program is not encouraged. Employment as a nurse anesthetist while a student anesthetist is forbidden.
Financial Aid
Mayo School of Health Sciences offers financial incentives for students to participate in many of its health sciences training programs. For example, a nurse anesthesia stipend supplement may be offered to traditional students who commit to work for Mayo Clinic for a set time after graduation. Scholarships, grants and low-interest loans may be available for those who demonstrate financial need.
