Program Costs
There are no financial costs for participating in the program. Tuition is paid directly to Northern Michigan University or Texas Tech University. Free housing is available at Evanston Heights Apartments in Rochester. You may hold outside employment during the program, if it does not conflict with your program responsibilities.
