Positions
Candidates are selected each year for the Clinical Laboratory Science Program at Mayo Clinic in Rochester on a competitive basis.

How to Apply
Students from affiliated institutions should apply for Mayo Clinic’s 3+1 program offered at Mayo Clinic Rochester through their school’s program director. Students applying for the 4+1 program should apply using the following process.

Step 1: Complete the online Application for Admission. After you create an account and/or log-in, please select Application for Admission. Do not select "Lite Application."

Within the online application, please submit two letters of recommendation.

Step 2: Submit official transcripts in one envelope to:

The selection committee carefully reviews each application. Individuals considered for an appointment will be invited to interview.

Step 3: Applications will be accepted beginning August 1 for the program starting the following July. Applications are accepted throughout the year, but applicants are encouraged to apply as soon as possible, as the process is competitive.
