Positions
Candidates are selected each year for the Clinical Laboratory Science Program at Mayo Clinic in Rochester on a competitive basis.

How to Apply
Students from affiliated institutions should apply for Mayo Clinic’s 3+1 program offered at Mayo Clinic Rochester through their school’s program director. Students applying for the 4+1 program should apply using the following process.

Step 1: Complete the:

• Mayo School of Health Sciences online application form.

Step 2: Submit the following materials:

• Transcripts

• Two to three references are required.  See online recommendation request form.

• Immunization record

The selection committee carefully reviews each application. Individuals considered for an appointment will be invited to interview.

Step 3: Applications will be accepted beginning July 1 for the program starting the following July. Applications are accepted throughout the year, but applicants are encouraged to apply as soon as possible, as the process is competitive.
