Positions
Four to six candidates are selected each year for Clinical Laboratory Science Internship rotations at Mayo Clinic in Arizona on a competitive basis.
How to Apply
Step 1:Complete the Mayo School of Health Sciences online application form.
Step 2:Submit the following materials:
- Transcripts
- Letters of recommendation
- Immunization record
Please send the required materials that are NOT completed online, plus any transcripts not sent directly to MSHS, in one envelope to:
