On Mayo’s Jacksonville campus, two libraries are available
to students. These libraries contain more than 2,000 biomedical
texts and 320 subscriptions to print journals. In addition, students
have 24/7 access to all the electronic resources licensed through
the Mayo online catalog (e.g. MayoSearch, MDConsult, Micromedex).
- Bursak Biomedical Library: The Bursak
Library, located on the 1st floor of the Birdsall Medical Research
Building, provides texts and journals in clinical medicine and
health care as well as extensive audiovisuals.
The Jacksonville libraries are staffed from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday
through Friday. Students may have after-hour access at both libraries
by arranging in advance with the program director and staff librarian.
